Francisco Moya Naulin
Founding Partner
Attorney and holder of a Master’s in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of Chile. Diploma in Labor and Social Security Law, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
He also holds a Master’s in Sports Management and Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Madrid, Spain.
Between 2009 and 2011, he worked in the Civil Liability practice at the law firm Goñi y Compañía, and between 2011 and 2013, he served as Head of the Civil Liability and Occupational Accidents Department at the law firm Urzúa y Compañía.
He was legal counsel to the Chilean Professional Footballers’ Union (SIFUP) from 2010 to 2017, advising footballers in international disputes.
His experience also includes serving, from 2017 to 2019, as a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Liga Nacional de Básquetbol (National Basketball League).
In February 2013, he founded Moya Abogados.
Since 2022, he has been a founder and partner at Moya y Bossart.
He specializes in advising companies and workers on labor and civil matters and is also a specialist in sports law.
